PM Group engineers ready to inspire primary school students during Engineers Week

A team of 24 volunteers will visit 18 schools and students ranging from 4 year old Junior Infants right up to Leaving Certs later this month during Engineers Week

The Cork office volunteers are currently working on games, challenges, interactive props and presentations that aim to inspire and give students in Cork city and county schools an insight into engineering as an exciting career, and an opportunity to meet real working engineers.

Through this initiative PM group will reach out to between 600 and 700 children and hopefully encourage lots of them to become engineers!  This year, some volunteers also will present in Irish during visits to Gael Scoileanna  (Irish language schools)
