Come and experience the wonderful world of electronics and communications, hosted by IRTS, the Irish Radio Transmitters Society. Discover how radio waves travel across the world and see how, a century before the invention of SMS texts, coded abbreviations were used to send messages quickly around the globe. Participants will have the opportunity to identify components, build a simple electronic circuit to take away and use it to send messages.
