The Simulated Work Environment (SWE) is an ergonomically designed training area, normally used for apprenticeship training that enables participants to physically and mentally apply the engineering principles in the manufacturing process. FG Wilson have adapted this programme as part of Engineer’s Week and are opening their doors to host a local school visit.
